At Aroma360, we want you to be completely satisfied with your scenting experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused diffusers and unopened fragrance oils.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated customer support team within 30 days of delivery to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all fragrance oils are sealed and diffusers are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Aroma360

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest carrier location; please retain your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
